Matt Lilly

A school teacher by day, Matt is one of the founding fathers of PWO. Feeling inspired by his appearances on “The Facilitator Podcast”, PWO was born.

Ryan Coddington (Codd Sinclair / Ryan Alvarez)

Ryan is someone who wears many hats at PWO. Ryan came on March 2020 and assumed the role of “Head of Talent Relations”. He has booked stars from Ring of Honor and NWA every week. Along with the new role, he is also the financial manager for PWO. He has his own content on the PWO YouTube page, with shows like “Referee’s Discretion”, “Quick Count”, and his current project, “Alvarez vs Meltzer”. He is the co-host of “The Ref Bump”, and the editor for all YouTube created content, such as “Creative Control” and all prediction shows.
